Private one-on-one sessions done fully clothed with education on yoga poses for warming up the body, posture corrections and strengthening, along with compression and assisted stretching of short muscle groups. Followed by a restorative shiatsu and thai massage techniques performed by Trina to reduce tension and stress. Breathing techniques, meditations or sound therapy can complete the session, but your goals are priority, so the session is customized to fit your specific needs.
